Incident Details: A cruiser secured his dinghy (SN CN-HFB57980C323) / Yamaha 15HP outboard model E15DMH 6B4K 1266909 with lock/chain to the dinghy dock next to the Coast Guard station at 1700HRS. When he returned at midnight only the lock was left on the dock. The thieves had been well prepared. ||A report was made to the police and Coast Guard.

It was recovered a few days later near Cadisco minus engine/controls, and returned to the owner.
