Incident Details: Overnight a thief stole the dinghy anchor from the unlocked compartment of an in-the -water dinghy of a moored yacht. The owner discovered the open compartment in the morning, and made a report to the police,coast guard and marina.

Incident Details: Owners left their dinghy chain locked to the small dinghy dock at the southwestern end of anchorage "C" in Spanish Waters during daylight hours. On their return less than an hour later they found that the 20HP Yamaha outboard that had been padlocked to the dinghy had been stolen. The police took a report but did no forensics.

Incident Details: Between 08:00 on Sep 5th and 13:00 on Sep 6th a Nissan 9.8HP outboard and 5 gallon fuel tank were stolen from a dinghy while it was chain locked to the dingy dock outside Covent garden in Tank Bay, English Harbour Antigua. The outboard was secured with a padlock between the two transom clamps . A police report was made.

Incident Details: Overnight while owners slept on board a thief boarded their moored yacht and attempted to enter the locked yacht around 2AM, leaving behind wet footprints and a greasy set of fingerprints. Reports were made to the police, coast guard and the tourism office. ||CSSN NOTE: This location has had 6 reported boardings (4 theft/2 attempted theft) in the last 3 weeks. Incident Details: Dinghy navigation lights and a dry bag were stolen from a closed but unlocked compartment in a dinghy locked to the Bequia public dock.. The thief also untied and stole the carabiner from the painter. A police report was made.||Several similar incidents have occurred at this dock, and a local stakeholder is investigating if video surveillance that had been discussed has been implemented or is still planned.
