Incident Details
A charter catamaran was circled by a small boat and then boarded at approximately 2300HRS. Three masked men had approached, one had moved onto the stern step before realizing they had been observed by the crew from the bridge area. The 3 men departed quickly. The captain chose to immediately leave the anchorage. It is not known if a police report was made.
