| Incident Details | A cable locked dinghy was stolen overnight. Fisherman recovered it floating 3 miles offshore and it was returned to the owner. Some minor damage was noted. Apparently the thief had been unable to defeat the engine lock and left behind an extra oar. It is believed a police report was made. |
