Incident Details: A well locked yacht anchored in the Red Frog area was burglarized. The owners returned after a few hours ashore to find their hatches damaged and many things stolen, including personal electronics (phone, Kindles, tablet, earbuds) and other items. ||A report was made to Aeronaval (Coast Guard) and to the police and marina.

Incident Details: A yacht moored off Peakes had their in-the-water and not locked dinghy/outboard stolen overnight. The painter had been cut. A police report was made. While investigating an earlier theft, police recovered the dinghy, minus the outboard.

Incident Details: A yacht was anchored for storage in Salinas. Another boat ran over the lines, entangling the lines in their prop/shaft. After freeing the lines, the boat owner retrieved and stole the 66 pound stainless steel anchor and rode. A witness reported the theft to the owner on his return. A police report was made.

Incident Details: Owner was sleeping in the cockpit overnight. A thief boarded and entered the yacht undetected, and stole cash from a wallet.
