Incident Details
A yacht owner anchored in Linton Bay awoke when he heard noises. He found 2 small unpowered boats near his vessels, each with 2 men inside. The noise sounded as if one of the men had fallen or jumped into the water, and he asked if there were any difficulties, and was told no. The next morning he discovered one of his dinghy oars had been stolen.
