Incident Details
A charter yacht moored in Diamond Cay. Overnight their in-the-water and well secured but not locked dinghy was stolen. They reported the theft to their charter company and while underway to get their replacement dinghy they saw and retrieved another (stripped/engineless) dinghy that was adrift.
