| Incident Details | A yacht anchored in Livingston was planning an early departure and lowered the dinghy/outboard from the davits at 0430 hrs. At 0515 when preparing to raise anchor, the owner noticed that the dinghy was missing. On investigation it was found that the painter had been cleanly cut. A police report was made. |
