| Incident Details | Owners anchored in Livingston heard a bump against the hull. The captain went topsides and found the painter on the hoisted (davits) and locked dinghy had been cut. The two individuals in an unlit kayak who were attempting to board paddled away quickly. A report was made to the Port Captain. |
