Incident Details: A Carib dinghy / Yamaha 8HP outboard was tied to the SAD marina dock at 2100HRS. The owner returned later to find it had been stolen. A report was made to the marina, and video surveillance revealed it had been stolen by 3 men at 2230 HRS.
