Incident Details: Owners were asleep onboard in Simpson Bay while their in-the-water cable locked dinghy was stolen overnight. The thieves cut the lock. A police report to Dutch authorities is planned.||UPDATE 2/2/2021 Dinghy was found intact with engine in location where it could not have gone by itself, possibly taken for a joyride or abandoned after being used for some other purpose.
