| Incident Details | A yacht anchored in Prince Rupert Bay tied their dinghy to the fishing dock in town to walk to the Saturday market in town. A man approached and began shouting at the couple and followed them. He had no visible weapons and threatened to break the man's neck. Others became concerned and intervened, and encouraged that a police report be made. The couple made a police report and the police gave a verbal caution. ||On Tuesday, the crew returned to the dock and were again threatened by the same man. Again, others intervened and there were no injuries. A second report was made to the police. |
