| Incident Details | Owners securely chain locked their dinghy (including fuel tank and anchor) to the dock along the busy waterfront near the Coast Guard station at about 1830HRS. When they returned 2 hours later, the only item not chain locked, a cooler used for storage, had been rifled, and most of the contents stolen. Stolen were the spotlight, stern light, rain ponchos, etc. The thief left the life vests. A police report was made. |
