Incident Details: The owners of a yacht anchored in Linton Bay used 2 chains/locks, and a heavy cable to secure their lifted dinghy/outboard. At 0200HRS they were awoken by noise, and later found the cable had been cut, but the thieves were not successful.

A second dinghy was stolen the same night, its line and chain cut. See 3823.

Incident Details: Overnight, an in-the-water and chain locked dinghy was stolen. The dinghy was recovered the next day, and the engine that had been bolted to the transom was gone.

Incident Details: Overnight an in-the-water and not locked dinghy was stolen from a yacht in the bay. 5 dinghies seem to have been stolen this same night. No additional details are currently available.
