Incident Details: Cruisers left their well locked dinghy / engine at the dinghy dock. A young "minder" was present and agreed to a modest payment upon return. When they returned about 3 hours later the minder was no longer there. The tiller extender that had been laying in the bottom of the dinghy had been stolen.
