Incident Details: An unlocked dinghy/outboard was stolen from Marina du Marin dock 5 between 1800-2000HRS. The owners located the dinghy the next day, tied with several others behind a yacht anchored in the bay. It was "reclaimed" and the anchored yacht departed. No police report was made.
