Incident Details: A yacht anchored near Bocas Marina (Isla Colon) found their Highfield dinghy / 25HP Yamaha outboard had been stolen overnight, the painter had been cleanly cut. The dinghy was later recovered, but the engine, fuel tank and all gear in the dinghy was gone.
