Incident Details: A local yacht owner's dinghy was stolen from the sandbar area known as Old Harbour in Chemin Bay, Westerhall, over the weekend. The outboard was not left on the dinghy and the dinghy was chain locked to another larger boat but could have been accessed from land or seaside. A report was made to the Coast Guard.
