Incident Details: Cruisers aboard a yacht anchored in Mt. Hartman Bay found their in-the-water and not locked dinghy with 15HP 4S engine had been stolen overnight. Their normal practice was to lift it, but they had not done so on this night. A report was made to the coast guard.
