Incident Details: A not locked dinghy/15HP 4S Yamaha was stolen from the concrete dinghy dock in Woburn . The dinghy (minus) the outboard was recovered the next day from a nearby dock.|| A police report was made, and an active investigation is in progress. It is believed this dinghy was used to commit 3 other outboard thefts this same night.
