Incident Details: Three(3) dinghies were cable locked together on the beach in front of the church while owners were ashore for dinner. When they returned about 2 hours later the cable had been cut and one of the dinghies stolen. Helped by their friends, a search turned up the dinghy, minus the 15HP Yamaha outboard (which had been locked to the dinghy) .
