Incident Details: The crew and their dog were in the lighted cockpit when their unlocked in-the-water 11FT dinghy with 15HP Yamaha outboard was stolen. A swimmer cut multiple lines that secured the dinghy in its lifting harness. A report was made to the police and coast guard. A search the next morning located the dinghy, minus the outboard engine.
