Incident Details: The yacht's dinghy/outboard was tied to the transom overnight, as the weather was too rough to secure it on the davits. The theft occurred between 2am and 5am, the line was cleanly cut leaving a 5 foot length attached to the cleat. Reported to the marina and the Sunsail charter base in Placencia.
