Incident Details: A yacht on a mooring close to the marina had the dinghy fuel tank with hose and filter stolen overnight while they slept. The dinghy was in the water, but locked to the yacht and the outboard was locked to the dinghy, but the fuel tank was not. Reported to the marina .
